Return Policy

Here in ShopSwasthi,all shipments are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. However if you are unsatisfied with any product, you can return the same to us and get refunded.We value your decision to support us by buying from us and for sure won’t let you leave unhappy.

The return and refund is made according to the following conditions stated below.

  • You have to report any issue with in 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Any case that fails to report within 48 hours from the time of delivery cannot be considered for a return/refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging and condition.
  • ShopSwasthi reserves the right to reject any return request,if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging.
  • Products which are made exclusively against your order cannot be refunded.
  • Some products namely food items, health and personal care items cannot be returned.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot return an item

  • which is not in its original condition/ is damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • which is made exclusively for you(made to order)

How to return an item?

In case you receive an incorrect /damaged product, we request you to report the issue immediately to customercare@shopswasthi.com.
Please despatch the product to us within 3 days with the original packaging. In such cases ShopSwasthi will replace the product within 10 working days upon receiving the returned product and will refund the shipping cost beared by you.Please note that for made-to-order products, the replacement will take 18 working days.

If the originally ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.

Refund Policy

We do not offer exchanges or any cash refunds for made to order products.Only replacements are possible in the case of wrong or damaged items.

In the case of refund,process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) and analyzed the returned products condition.
Once approved,we will refund the purchase amount along with the shipping cost borne by you. You will have to provide us with the proof of shipping cost.

The time required for the refund to be effective varies between financial institutions. On an average we can expect the refund will happen in 7 working days

However, we will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
