Which all cities do you deliver to?

ShopSwasthi sincerely wants to ship our products to all states and towns in India.Currently we cover over 2500 pin codes through out India.
International orders are not processed for the time being but will be added in due course.

How much will be the shipping cost ?

Home delivery of all products are absolutely free.

When will I receive the product?

Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days, once payment is confirmed.
But for made-to-order products the time period may differ.
As manufactured indigenously, and without much mechanical support, Aranmula mirrors may take 5-8 days to get shipped.
For Kerala Mural paintings, as it requires fine detailing and seasoning it takes 12-15 days to get dispatched for larger paintings and for smaller ones 7-10 days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.
Once it is dispatched, the order will reach your home in 5-7 days.

Will my orders stay intact during transit?

To ensure hassle free and safe delivery ShopSwasthi partners with the best logistic company in India.
For low value items like books, food grains we use other competitive companies.
Each item is packed carefully to make sure it gets to you in original condition.

Is it possible to track my delivery?

Yes, each package comes with a tracking number. The current status of any product can be traced in the website of the courier company
Post box addresses cannot be accepted as it might delay the delivery.
